Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
